Email policy

The Hopewell District will provide email forwarding to volunteers using position-oriented email addresses that direct email communications to the district before being sent on to the intended recipient.

The email distribution lists of the Hopewell District will not provide access to the email addresses of the subscribers of any district-managed email list. Email sent to the distribution lists will be moderated by district staff to ensure compliance with the Email List content policy.
