From Hopewell District

The purpose of the Camp Promotion Committee is to ensure that as many Scouts as possible have the opportunity for an resident camping experience.

For Boy Scouts, this would be typified by a 1 week summer camp or high adventure camp.

For Cub Scouts, this would be typified by District Day Camp or one of the council resident camps (Fun With Son and Adventure Camp).
